For a successful return, ensure that the product is in its original, unworn, unwashed condition with the label attached.

We will be responsible or partially responsible for the following defects, provided the item is returned within 30 days: stains, malfunction of the zipper, cracks or tears, obvious color difference and a material difference between the product photographed and the product, that you got.
In the event that we cannot agree on what will make the difference in clothing or color, we will contact PayPal.
We are not responsible for items of clothing that don't fit, or that you don't like, or that you have changed your mind about.

Upon receiving your return request and information, we will promptly approve the return, with the understanding that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
